It’s ridiculous that it took you guys 2 hours to service my car when I had a 7am appointment AND I was the first 5 cars there that morning. Your guys service just keeps getting worse and worse. To top it off the girl at the front desk is LAZY! I asked for her help and she said well you can go look for him myself! No she should of helped me way more then that! When I came back I explained to her how ridiculous the wait was and when I got angry and upset that’s when she finally got her lazy **** up and said your cars ready it will be brought up in 10 mins! I am not one to ever complain until she didn’t do her job until after I had to get loud and upset with her! She was working the front desk morning on Monday morning! Tell her to be a better help to customers and hurry up your guys wait time or else I will take my car to Torrance!

When we arrived for our 7:30am appt, we were a little intimidated by the long line of cars also there for service. But the service people were quite efficient with their check in process. Once checked in we were given a wait time of approx. 1 hour. To our surprise we were in and out in approximately 1 hour. Love it!
