I commend Jonathan for his excellent and friendly service. He showed sincere concern about my safety when it was found out there was a punture on one of my tires. He suggested a place where I can have it checked for repair or replace since he does not have the specific tire in stock. He saved my day!!!

Sure, Jonathan was very helpful and answer and explain all the questions I needed to know. I didn't get any reports what I needed to repair for the next service or what's the next major thing that needed to repair to be safe on the road. The report comment said on the "recommended not done/declined services/ yellow front brake tech:974. not sure what that means? maybe brakes needed to replace, i hope. thank, Usoalii F
The service advisor was great, however while driving today I could hear my brakes squeaking. This car isn’t a year old and has under 6,000 miles. Was the battery checked because after 4 months I had to bring the car in to fix it.
