My service advisor was not friendly or courteous. He barely said five words to me about my vehicle. He did not do a full evaluation of the vehicle upon arrival and was not welcoming or friendly.
My appointment was treated as a walk-in and my wait time was longer than I expected. 30 minutes to check me in. I also sent my car back because they did not do a complimentary car wash after, since it’s only done “upon request” which I had to find out for myself some I have a new car with Toyota and first time here. Usually it’s communication that helps. Also the employees just handed my keys afterwards didn’t explain anything done to my car just handed me my keys. Again, no communication.
Great work ethic. Jonathan Perez has strong work ethic. I appreciate this. He treated like a great family member to this Carson family owned dealership!!
My appointment for my service was at 9:00am, I arrived to Toyota service around 8:45, wasn’t helped until around 9:20am.
The advisor was questioning my on why my car had Auto nation license plates if I had purchased my car at Toyota. That’s none of his business. I can have any license plates I’d like. Also, I mentioned to him that my car trunk opened to hard, he told me it wouldn’t be covered so I had to pay out of pocket. It was a factory defect why wouldn’t it be covered. Over all my experience was a 6/10. Employees could be a lot nicer. The cashier was nice though.

Bryan was wonderful and polite. He fixed my issue with the air sensor in my tires without any hesitation. This is why I enjoy taking my vehicle to Carson Toyota.
