Adriana made me aware of total care, which I signed up for. She made it seem like a logical choice, especially if it's extended for three years not just two, for COVID. She knew I was in a hurry so she helped move things along so I could leave my car quickly. She was professional and courteous. I really like Carson Toyota, after switching from DCH where I was a customer for almost 20 years. I have had good experiences so far.
