When I started coming to Carson Toyota, the service did a good job of spending time and communicated with me. My last couple of visits have been the exact opposite. I was there for over 2:30 hours and my only communication was “Update: Your car is in good hands.” This is called blowing smoke and I am sure that other customers do not care for this either.

The service manager Juan was great but the quality of work once again was Disappointing at best. The paint has another damage this time where they worked on it. I don’t plan to return to this service department for any future work to be done.

The work on my RAV-4 was to be completed at 12:30 pm but at 1:40 I still didn’t have my car. Considering that what was to have been completed for the 25,000 mi service I had already done, and only consisted of a check and fluid top off, I wasn’t expecting the delay. My service advisor Zeke was unavailable for a period of time. Props to service Advisor Perez, who attempted to assist me.

Thank you, and I want to say that I really appreciated Mr. Perez’s professionalism and courtesy. He just happened to be the advisor who greeted and checked me in after I checked in this morning. I was especially surprised and impressed by the fact that he remembered speaking with me by phone when I called to set up my appointment and verify that extended warranty on the car had not yet expired. Today, he was direct, to-the-point, and patient as he answered my question while checking me in.
