I asked for a car wash and the service team said yes at rhe start but they did nor do it. I followed up that request before I took the car in but it fell on deaf ears. The Lady just let it pass as if nothing happen. I was disappointed. If you promise something, be sure to make that promise.
I had to come back a second time because the first attempt to listen to what I said was the problem, was a complete failure, requiring me to have to make a second trip for service. I was losing air from my rear tire which I had just purchased in June of this year. The first visit, they said that they checked all (4) tires and they found no punctures yet the very next morning, the tire was flat again, requiring me to make a second trip for service. Mr Gonzalez over all was just okay as a service rep., when I approached him to ask questions of the first failed attempt, he allowed me to outside his office while he held a private conversation with a female, I know it was private because he was doing no paperwork nor typing on his computer, leaning back in his chair and when I brought my car back a second time, I told Mr. Gonzalez that I wanted a new tire because of my continued issue, he said he couldn’t just request a new tire, he had to get it approved, which I would not have felt safe if I wasn’t able to get a new tire. I have been a Carson Toyota customer almost 30years, I feel that I have been loyal to your dealership and the brand, however the service isn’t what it use to be. Hopefully this comment will help bring back true customer service. I must say that ALL of the employees were very courteous, even Mr. Gonzalez. My biggest complaint was having to take up (2) days for a simple tire replacement and having to drive ALL the way from Los Angeles. Thank you for asking about my events with service.

I didn’t like the fact that they couldn’t find my keys. It took almost 20 minutes to locate them after 4 workers asked to see my paperwork. I don’t know why the key remote was taken off my key rings.
