All of the didn’t come in to have my car completed when first told to me so I was told it would be ready the next day and one one called to give me any updates or when it was finished… I had to call them!!!!! That’s not good customer service!!!

There was an miscommunication with the team. I've inform the advisor Maria Flores for the complementary carwash with the services provided to my car maintenance. When I've recieved the text alert that my vehicle was ready and arrived to the dealership. It was very obvious that they did not provide the car wash service. I've inform the individual at the front about the car wash service. It took about an additional 20 minutes wait. Services were provided well. But the issue was about the car wash was an inconvenience
