I checked in at 10:30 he said it will be finished in an hour max of two then I follow up at 12:30 and he said they haven't started i was very disappointed coz I lost my appointment at 1pm and I lost my client Very frustrating

Johnathan was very indifferent and he did not appear concerned with my concerns of the faulty speaker on my brand new 2021 Toyota Corolla blizzard white car. I had an appointment in the morning at 7:30am and the car was not ready until later that afternoon and I’m not certain if the speaker was even inspected. The car was there practically the entire day. I was not at all satisfied and I will never bring the car back to Carson.
