Trucks under warranty and they are charging me, doesn’t make sense. I took it to Longo Toyota I rather drive 30 miles away because im from Carson rather than dealing with Carson Toyota employees. Truck wasn’t fixed by Carson Toyota gas was super empty truck was gone overnight and had to bring it back but nothing. Longo Toyota just 4 hours and issue was fixed no charges no BS. You guys need to stop whatever policy you guys have and start helping customers the proper way.
