My daughter picked up the vehicle and she was charged for services that were not authorized. She was told that the service department spoke to my wife and neither her or I receive a call. I don’t think that is a good business practice. The Better Business Bureau will be interested to hear about this. I don’t normally complain but in this case an additional almost $200 charge is outrageous when not authorized.
