The service took two and a half hours. I was told it would take a hour and forty five minutes. This wait time would’ve been okay if I would’ve realistically known how long to plan to wait. I would’ve also appreciated knowing the exact cost of the service prior to payment. Aside from this, Jonathan was exceptionally polite and pleasant.

Jonathan is the one I always request for my vehicle service,he saved me money today since other advisor wanted to do a lot of service which is not due yet,I went back to Jonathan and told me these services some of them not due yet, what an honest guy

I do not feel Zeke was able to answer my questions as to why the Toyota app and website stated my 5k service called for an oil change but he insisted it did not and couldn't explain why the recommendation of the dealer and my Toyota Care information I was looking right at were different. I ended up paying out of pocket which still doesn't make sense to me
