The customer service was good and I was expecting it to be expensive as dealerships usually are, but the prices were exotic car prices, like $5k for a catalytic converter and axle seal on a Ferrari makes sense but not for a 1999 4runner that costs $6k lol that’s crazy!

Juan was nice and knowledgeable when answering questions concerning my car. However, the employee at the payment counter named Leslie was rude and pretended not to hear me when I asked a question. Hopefully she’ll realize that customers are important and If she does not have the answer, get a team member that does.

Sergio was by far the WORST experience ever. I am literally c9nsidertak8ng my car next door to Honda. He was rude, errogant,a and by far dismissive. I waited paitently for my 2 hrs expected time. I previously advised my advisor that I was looking to cash out ASAP because I had my 16 month old daughter. Not only did he totally disregard that fact, but as I walked my daughter back and forth through the building I watched him at several instances browsepwrsonak websites and take priority calls ahead of me. I had to go track down someone outside my adviser and let him know my car had been sitting untouched and finished for over 25 minutes while my IMPORTANT ADVISOR laughed and accepted incoming calls even making outgoing calls. I had to read my receipt to find out my suggested repairs. He never mentioned them to me, or suggested any fixes which I would have had done since I was already on the clock. His customer service is by far the WORST I have ever experienced. He never acknowledged my presence he merely sent my check to the cashier after I complained for the extended wait. He could have easily placed his call ON HOLD an as assisted me with my needs. This is my second time dealing with Carson Toyota send will be my last!!!! This guy needs to be FIRED on his day off!! Waaaayyyyy to comfortable.

When I called to make my appointment wish they would of told me I had to pay don't to pay I thought my warranty was longer what do the 445 cover it's time for new new cover changes
