I am not satisfied with the treatment I received, the guy who helped me was very rude and not helpful he was barely answering the questions I had and he had horrible Customer Service. He was very rude and I am disappointed I was not able to get answers to all the questions or concerns I had. Please put representatives that have better customer service and who are willing to provide answers to customers and provide the help customers need.

When I was having problems with my cruise control all three times I was in the middle of the desert on the way to and from Phoenix. If they want to drive with me it may be a long day. Hopefully resetting it will work

I had a horrible experience with the rep Adriana that assisted me on my appointment for my oil change she was very rude to me and didn’t care about me waiting for a long time Don’t even want to go to that location to get my car serviced
