Initially making an appointment, and/or receiving a call-back was frustrating. I had to drive to Carson Toyota to speak with a service advisor and book my appointment for a 7am slot. I received a confirmation email regarding my 7am appointment. When I presented at 7am, I was informed that was scheduled for 8:45am. I conveyed my concern to Johnny, who listened to me. My service advisor Alicia was great today.

Bryan provide outstanding customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable about the service the vehicle needed, provided a timeline as we were waiting for the vehicle and was a pleasure to do business with. I will definitely call him when the vehicle needs service.

I went in for a simple oil change at 10am. I didn't get a call back till 249pm. I was late to work because of you. I purchased my car there in 2015 and never again will I take it there for your car services department **** ****! How the **** does it take more than 4 hours to do a simple oil change? It makes no **** sense to me. If I were you I would consider re hiring better mechanic staff cause at this point I rather be paying Valvoline to do all my repairs within just 30 mins. I have recommended you guys before but **** no, not anymore. Sadly you are way worse than cabe Toyota. I will refer anyone there instead. I don't care if this is an anonymous comment for my name is Adriana C
