The girls at the payment desk were extremely rude. They were snarky and when spoken to completely ignored me. I have been going to Carson Toyota for 11 years and after today’s experience with those girls I will never go back to this location.

The waiting time to find out what was wrong with my car was too long. I was there 4 hrs before I found out what the problem was I brought up work that had been done, to find out that part of what is needed is under warranty the part is on order now. I waited another 30 min for a oil and filter change. I had to ask for that to be done. That was one of my reasons for coming to the dealership.

I purchased my vehicle brand new and bought an extended seven year 120,000 mile warranty come to find out after paying all that money I’m told pieces that are considered cosmetic or plastic are not covered under warranty that’s just about 90% of all these new cars is plastic I thought if it was not cosmetic it would be under warranty come to find out my shaft on my cluster to adjust the lights broke and I was told it was not covered the whole cluster had to be replaced at almost $700 which is really ridiculous from the factory Toyota The repair for that little shaft would be approximately $1000 that is not right for the manufacturer to sell these expensive warranties and they’re not cover all plastic or cosmetic pieces

Went in to replace two tires that had nails and today in the morning I see that they left on one of the tires that has nails that needed to be replaced.
