During the initial consultation, I asked the service rep, Jim, to inspect the brakes on the vehicle ( I could hear metal grinding when I stop the car)
That was the main reason that I took the car to your dealership. The oil change was secondary. Jim notified me that the vehicle was due for the transmission fluid change and I reluctantly agreed. Before leaving I reminded him to inspect the brakes and let me know their condition.
When I picked up the vehicle there was no mention of the brakes being inspected. I tried calling Jim several times before I picked up the vehicle and after, but I never heard from him. I guess I will try Pep Boys this weekend since they have a special on brakes.
No the person who was there was no nice was a man he doesn’t help me I have very bad experiences today sorry

I went in today with a 10am appointment arrived 20 minutes early and was initially told it would take 3 hrs for a tire change. Should of saw the red flag than took them 4 hours while my wife waited with my 1 yes old son. After she called at the 3 hr mark when originally promised it took them almost 1 hr to get back to her on the status. Once she was notified it was being worked on it took them 30 minutes. I don't see the reason for having appointments and over booking costumers if it will take over 4 hours for 1 tire replacement.

I made an appointment for 0830am and left almost by 11am. Can’t imagine what an unscheduled day would look like.
Also I had imagined that there was a complimentary car wash, but if not I’d understand. What was not ok was that door handle was dirty with grime and grease from the technician who had worked on my vehicle. I would have brought up then and there but had to run because I didn’t expect to spend my entire morning there.
