zeke told me about recall for my car on battery installation which i wasn’t aware of..wonder if u sent an email to me re the matter but it’s a good thing he did tell me and included that in that day’s service..thank u so much..a safe and happy new year to everyone in Toyota-Carson!
He lead me to believe a new battery would be $179 but then charged me $350. He knew it was a Prius (which needs a battery with a tube I guess?) and should have warned me before I had no choice but to install it. When I asked what exactly I was signing before turning over my car, he was short with me and annoyed that I was asking. At the end, I asked questions about the additional service recommendations and how urgent they were and he just shrugged and said he had no way of knowing because I hadn’t had service there before.

Alysha is an excellent service advisor. My wife and I were very impressed with how she explained everything that was happening with our car. We were extremely satisfied with her professionalism and courteous service.
Zeke was very professional and had my car ready in the time he stated. The associates at the parts counter and cashier were very nice and helpful as well. The facilities were clean and the workstations were super helpful to get some work completed. Overall my experience was 5 ?? ????????????
Jonathan Andrew Perez provided highly exceptional customer service and deserves a raise. I work in customer service and come across few people who sees the customers point of view. Mr. Perez understood my auto service needs and pointed out other needs to ensure I have a safe automobile to protect my life on the road.

We brought my parents Toyota Corolla vehicle yesterday @7:30 1/4/2021 to get their FIRST basic oil change (roughly $79.00)and tune up on their vehicle.
We picked it up fine. The following day….
Today 1/5/2021 when my parents went to the hospital to get medicine THEY noticed one of the hubcaps missing!!! All (4) hubcaps were present at the time we brought it in. This is my parents FIRST TIME to get serviced on the vehicle at Carson Toyota and yet somehow the vehicle’s hubcap mysteriously disappeared. How can we trust a dealership service department to perform a simple oil change task yet lose a vehicle part in the process? I’m afraid we’re are going to seek other locations for services. It’s a disappointing FIRST IMPRESSION to say the least. WOW! So upsetting…..
