Efficient and fast

I didn’t like that I was there 4 1/2 hrs, especially since I was one of four cars that was there before 7am. A tire specialist came and inspected my car and he gave a print out of the tire)that was fined) after I checked a few times, the last time I was told that was an insurance issue and they needed pictures from mechanic to verify that it wasn’t a fraud case - mind you, I was at your facility on Monday of this week and I didn’t leave still after 6pm - told car was place on ramp and was inspected and tires were checked and inflated with Air - on Tuesday- I am leaving for work and tire censor light comes on again - called and was told that happens because of the cold weather- I was told this last - but was because of the heat - I have the car for over 18 months and the 1st year no tire issues. There have to be a better solution for insurance claims so that people like myself don’t have to go through this problem- I have more to say but it’s more a medical side
