Estoy muy inconforme con el servicio ya que mi esposo llevo el carro al servicio y la persona le comento que el carro necesitaba cambio de cilindros y al parecer cuando mi esposo preguntó de cómo sería el trabajo el comento que cambiarían los cilindros y uno no sabe de mecánica y al pagar y preguntar de cómo fue el trabajo resulta que se le cambiaron las bujías y deacuerdo ala explicación del representante no era lo que el dijo y no estuvimos deacuerdo y le comentamos al supervisor y al parecer no pudo solucionar nada el solo dijo que es nuestra culpa por no leer el papel que nos dan y que solo se imprimen en inglés y pues es muy caro $700 dólares por cambiar 6 bujías . Que desagradable situación y el informar al cliente de servicio ???? si tan solo el representante hubiera dicho que eran bujías y no cilindros mi esposo hubiera dicho no al servicio .

You guy's are the best. From the person receiving us as we pull up to the person telling us goodbye. All the Toyota family. Thank you very much. I went In to take my Tacoma for service and we left with another new RAV4. Dad needed a new car so I asked me to go with and he fell in love with the car and the family atmosphere.. he was sold out. Again thank you Toyota family.

The whole process took over 2hours with an appointment.
Staff wasn't able to render a thorough assessment on my car that was brought. My car wasn't service well by the toyota dealership carson instead I have to bring it with me on the same condition.
Had a appointment 11:15 got their on time did not get seen until 11:45am I was the only car their .another car arrive behind me with no appointment does not have 5 mins waiting and gets seen before me. I waited to see if any advisor would come and say they’ll be right with you but no one did they just looked at me and left after being their for 30 mins someone came to help we asked what’s the reason for apt if weren’t being helped the advisor looked at us and said because I’m the only one here but yet their was other advisors their make no sense you guys need better customer service I would rather take my business to other Toyotas near me
