I have been coming to Carson Toyota the moment I moved to Carson. My car unfortunately started messing up in Santa Monica. I took my car to Santa Monica Toyota for diagnostics, and they found the problem. I read up on the problem from other Prius owners and the pricing they are recieving from other Toyota Service Department and they all seem the same. When I asked Santa Monica Toyota for the quote, they tried to charge me double. I called Carson Toyota right away and the Service Advisor I spoked to was Jonathan Perez. I explained to him the problem amd he took the time to research it and got back to me fast. When I told him the quote I got from Santa Monica, he sounded like that is crazy! And he gave me the quote everyone else was getting in the forums. I towed my car to Carson. And Jonathan coordinated everything. He kept me updated with everything! He told me that they found another problem and it needed to get fixed before the original problem can be fixed. So The quote went up, I told him had no choice and to do it. By the time it was time for me to pick up my car, i was not able to come up with the money for the new quote, and I asked him if there were any coupons I can use to lower the quote. He told me he will talk to his manager to see what he can do, and he got it down! I can not thank him enough for what he has done. Times is hard in this pandemic, and he knew that. I would like to thank him, and the service team for working on my car. You guys are amazing!

Return the car for 4x but problem still the same. Careless in keeping car, rat damage my seat and carpet.
