Service was fast enough, the place is clean. Luis informed me of things that needed to be done.

I took my car that I had recently purchased only 2 weeks ago for an oil change and had an oil spill as soon as I got home. I did not appreciate the fact that I had to go back to pick up my car because of something they failed to check . It was an inconvenience for me. When I picked up the car all I was told was that the gasket was pinched. I was very disappointed and am not sure if I'd even come in for an oil change again. I was very upset that I was not able to really get an explanation. And in my paperwork it stated that the seal was defective. When I was told otherwise.
Luis was very professional, he greeted me with a smile and ask How May I help you. I am very pleased with the service that was provided to me today.
My experience was quick, friendly and at a decent price.

I’ve always liked the service for my cars I’ve been dealing with acro for the last 18 years, It just surprises me it took over a half hour for them to take my car to the back to service it when I was the only in the waiting room. But don’t get me wrong I will still continue having you guys service my vehicle thank you

My wedding ring, a brand new electricians tool, a change can, and a small hat clip on light we’re stolen out of my truck during its service visit. Not happy at all that I can’t trust the very place I bought my truck from to even service it.
It either happened by the detail people after the service, or during the service. Either way I just lost 400$ thinking I could trust Acura with my truck.
After my last service, which I was completely dissatisfied, this time was very good. Luis Cantu made my experience pain free. He handled everything and made sure I was aware, at all times, what was going on. He explained everything and took that extra step to insure I understood what was going on and repaired.
