Every was very professional and the service was done to my satisfaction
When I picked up my car it had soil/oil on door handle, on the inside door panel and steering wheel. I’m thinking whoever drove my car out didn’t have clean gloves. My car needed a car wash but definitely the soil/oil came from the mechanic. I didn’t say anything at the time because I had a lot of things to do that day.
When work was complete received a text message to wait 10 minutes and they would wash my car. When I got to car it was not washed. When I complained to the cashier she said that due to COVID they were not washing cars. I asked why they would send text message to wait iff that was case and she that was someone else’s job
They never did rotate tires.
After I received an email stating they were way behind rotation dates and miles.

Yes service was very fast and I was very happy with the outcome and timely manner it was taken care of in.
It was our third trip to service for the same problem. The 40,000+ dollar SUV is only ten months old. The problem never seems to be replicated when technicians examine it. The problem occurred again less than 20 minutes after leaving the dealer yesterday.

I was surprised no one on staff is wearing masks. I know it feels like a political issue, but it is basic public safety. Kern county hospitalizations are about to hit capacity. I’m not asking you to shut down. Car service is essential. But please respect your patrons by requiring staff to wear a mask. You can’t control the public I get it. But please have staff wear masks and follow proper social distancing guidelines. Thank you.

I went in for an oil change today, I have always taken my Acura’s in to Acura for an oil change and have always gotten a complementary car wash and vacuum and was not given that today.
