Alfred was generous and polite.
Staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional from the moment we walked in. There was no receptionist present and the service advisor that approached us did not greet us, just asked what we were there for. As soon as we asked for specific person, he was very short and rude. We waited about 15-20 minutes to get help there after. Once receptionist returned(which was dressed extremely unprofessional) she was also very rude and had an attitude. She appeared to be on her cellphone while listen to our entire conversation we had with the service manager. The service manager, Cory, is the only reason I'll even return to service my car. He was very polite and professional, even while we expressed our concerns and frustrations, he listened and acknowledged our concerns. He kept a calm and professional composure throughout our entire conversation. He did seem interested in keeping our business as customer's and took care of our needs. Cory told me he'd print paperwork that the receptionist would then give me, which she was yet again rude, and responded to me with an attitude as she handed me my paperwork. I had never been treated with such unprofessionalism at Acura until now. I have had my car for 4 years and I have always serviced it there. Unfortunately, this time was very unforgettable that I'm even having to even write this complaint.

First time there, service was excellent.
Got a great service from Alfred Topete. It would be great, however, if you maintain your bottled water/soda vending machine full. Since you no longer provide complimentary bottled water, I went to the vending machine but could not get it to work. Sought the help of the cashier who found out everything are sold out.
