10/24/25. David Ragland understands that service is so much more that having my car fixed!! He is responsive, maintains excellent communication at every step of car service process. David is welcoming. I feel he cares about my experience. I’ve been coming to Central City Toyota for over a decade. It always is a very pleasant experience having my car serviced at your establishment. The only thing that concerns me is employees walking around with latex gloves on. Gloves only protect the person wearing them.

Brian gave excellent and prompt service. He was very knowledgeable in what needed to be worked on and translated that this on time and with ease. He provided top level expertise and was extremely professional. I had no problem reaching him and would highly recommend him to others.
