Received almost zero communication, despite repeated requests for even a basic update within the first 8 hours following dropoff at 7:45 AM. By the time I received a callback regarding questions I had on the report/estimate, I had already approved work remotely for what seemed actually necessary. Additional items were added hours later after I had already approved payment on initial estimate, which were not priced/finalized for approval until close to the hour the shop closes. (That may be partly why my car took 2 days to finish work.) On the second day I received NO communication AT ALL until 4 PM after I had reached out again repeatedly, ultimately contacting a manager through another dept where someone actually answers the phone or responds to messages. I was then informed my car had been ready for pick up, but the ticket was still not closed for payment (again, I requested that during the conversation and was assured it would be done, but nothing was done), so I handled that onsite at the dealership. Final charge was unsurprisingly significantly higher than the last estimate. Just hoping I can trust the work done. My front light flickered off and on during the drive home, which was not an issue I came in with. Will absolutely not be coming back and will advise those I know to avoid this place unless absolutely necessary.
