I've always been impressed with the level of service at Central City Toyota and this visit was no exception. From seeing the staff cover my driver's seat and steering wheel with protective plastic, to Brian carefully handling the check-in and later visiting me in the waiting area to explain the recommended service, I clearly got the message that quality of work and customer service are the highest priority of your dealership.

My car was held in service a day longer than planned because the part order hadn’t been fully placed when I scheduled my appointment. The service phone rep had collected all the information for ordering the window and told me it would be delivered and ready for service Tuesday. Turns out the part wasn’t ordered. The service team on did not respond appropriately to this oversight.
