De’von was great, as was the person from Paul Brothers who came over to give me a body work estimate. This was my 1-year Toyota Care basic maintenance and I feel good knowing that Central City Toyota is the place providing the care for my still-quite-new vehicle.
It has been a pleasure to have Brian servicing my vehicles for many years at Central City. He is extremely attentive to my individual concerns, and is friendly and patient, an excellent communicator who describes maintenance issues very clearly!
They forgot mileage Sticker
A new problem that arose 4 days after my scheduled service and inspection, emissions testing and new battery was the unexplained appearance of tire pressure warning light. It didn't appear until I had driven 45 miles at 55 mph, went away with topping off the air in the tires, but re-occurred at same speed for only 15 miles on my way home, and topping off air in tires, and stayed on until I came off the highway into city traffic. It didn't go back on. Next day, CC Toyota spent 2 1/2 hours checking the car and found nothing wrong. Mr. Jefferson was my advocate and returned TBE car to me with assurances it is safe to drove, even without a definite cause being found. There was no charge for this visit!
