David was extremely communicative and helpful in diagnosing the issues with my car and providing quick and easy service. I came to pick the car up today before work and he made time for us to meet with a foreman to review the problem and the options to move forward. Firstly, I got there and he remembered speaking to me on the phone - so nice. I was also impressed by how professionally and seamlessly he attended to everyone - answering questions for both employees and customers while still making me feel like I had his total attention.
I came in to have a Toyota looked at that I’d previously purchased at a non-Toyota dealership (big mistake). I felt like he was diligent and thorough in going over the findings with me and made me feel like I was equipped to handle the ones who sold me an unsafe car. He also let me know that if I needed anything else, I could get in touch. Given the pretty terrible news about my new-to-me car, it was nice to feel like someone was looking out for me and my safety.
Honestly, everyone I spoke to today was very nice. I do corporate level customer service for work currently (and have been in customer service for about 20 years)… I have seen every level of customer service imaginable. This was impeccable!
For anyone reading this, please know that this was my first stop when I set out to replace my stolen Camry. I was looking for a 2012-2014 but what I was looking for wasn’t available, which led to the purchase of this faulty car.
