Nik was absolutely amazing! We came in a day before our appointment, even 2 or 3 hours prior to closing time. He was so knowledgeable and an honest sales person. He help my husband and I get into a vehicle we wanted. He truly is a great sales person. Super funny as well! Definitely will be referring people from Dover AFB to come buy a Toyota from him!

Appointment 1:30 did not get out of dealership till 3:30! Only Service under warranty! Missed a 3:00 Face call with My Health Provider!! Staff is awesome! Matt is very accurate! Helpful in any way you ask!!

My car was ready and bill to be paid for over an hour. The technician that checked me in when i arrived didn't alert me that my car was good to go. I was told a text message was sent which i never received. I had to walk up front to enquire about the dealay, only when i was told my car had been ready for over an hour and i had been sitting and waiting the whole entire time. At least the technician that checks you in should alert you when your vehicle is good to go. I did buy my car from Price Toyota in 2018. Mike Casper was my salesman and have beeen doing service at Price Toyota ever since. I must admit i wasn't very happy today because i missed other appointments and work due to that.
