I was really annoyed by that young man who came up to me with a secret envelope containing the offer for my car. If I wanted to sell it I have multiple opportunities, but the fact is that I can't afford to sell it and buy another. And I didn't like the fact that I was put on the spot like that.

I had to do a recall with my gas tank, while I was very appreciative of the accommodations made with the loner car and going out of your way to ensure my car was taken care of safely and fast, i got in my car to
It being completely a mess. I had no idea my daughters car seat would need to be removed or that anyone would need access to the inside of my car. The car seat was thrown in my trunk, and the rest of the belongings scattered across the front to back of my car. I would have either personally Moved the items myself, or expected my car to be returned to me the why i left it with the service team.
Recall work. No problems at all.
