One thing I noticed that under "concern" it states that recommended services have been postponed by customer - rear brakes at 4 mm. That the following services have been recommended but postponed. It was recommended to me that Dylan wanted to "watch" the rear brakes and that we should take a look at my next oil change. Thank you.

Second time I scheduled service to get a key made for a brand new vehicle that didn’t come with 2 sets. The salesman never called, never ordered the key, and never followed up with our purchase. After an hour of sitting around waiting for service to get our key we were told, it would be a long time. We had the appointment, we made sure the key was ordered, delivered and ready and we drove an hour to get a 5 min job completed. On top of that it’s been 100 days since we purchased our vehicle and only due to the fact that we showed up to complain about our tag found out that NJ DMV needed more information to process. We never received an update, we never received and apology. 100% self service. With the lack of new inventory coming from Toyota I hope your business failed. Complete incompetence from the top down. Thanks for not helping with any portion of this process.

I felt the agent who was handling my case was not welcoming and didn’t provide details about the issue and fixes. Also had to wait for more a long time. And when I said No to get other servicing things done for the car he was least interested and took even more time to give the car. Wasn’t a great experience.
