I need to talk to someone about why I didn’t get free tire rotation ( I bought all 4 tires last year from you and you said I get forever free rotation) and why the routine service was more than the 29.95 mailer I got and had on me.

I brought the car in for a recall repair. I specifically scheduled it for the recall and the 10,000 mile check up. When I dropped it off I reiterated that with the greeting service person. Was notified today that the car was finished but that the recall repair was not done Because they didn’t have the part. That should’ve been communicated to me when I drop the vehicle off. Not very good customer service today. You need to do better

I didn't have a scheduled appointment. I arrived at the service station around 7:45 am.The first words out of JD Redden mouth were "I don't have anymore unscheduled appointments " I'm thinking to myself; I only need a oil change. I work in the healthcare industry, so making appointments for anything is very challenging. I left the dealership around 8:10am..I recieved a call from JD around 10:20 am asking if I wanted a service that that would cost about $340.00..I said no to his request. I called back to the shop around 12:30 pm to check on the status of my truck. My called went to JD's voicemail stating that he was out of the office until next week. I then called the service desk; the woman on the phone tried calling JD all to no avail. She then stated that the vehicle was finished but she wanted to call the shop for verification. While being on hold; JD calls. I switched over to receive his call. He told me then that my vehicle was ready. 2 HOURS AFTER I REFUSED THE OTHER SERVICE! I think that the DELAY in me recieving my vehicle was INTENTIONAL!!! I felt a high level of DISCRIMINATION...JD's actions were unprofessional and unwarranted. I'm the CUSTOMER.. needless say, ..the service station failed to place the reminder sticker in the window for next oil change..Poor service..bad experience
