I was surprised at how long I needed to wait for someone to look over my issue. The appointment was scheduled to look over a recent repair that had not lasted but a few weeks. I waited for an hiur and twenty minutes to be told parts need to be ordered and someone will call to schedule the service once the parts come in.

They took my truck for a test drive all thru the mud I have no problem with that it’s a truck !!!! BUT, after splashing mud all over it you could have at least WASHED IT !!!!! IT DID’NT COME IN LIKE THAT !!!

Dacia Letts is not only an outstanding Service personnel but also and friendly, caring and great person. She’s good at her job and made me feel informed about everything I need to know about my vehicle. She went over and above to have my tire rotated even though my warranty expired. She’s the best.

Everything is great! My tire pressure light has already come back on after 24 hours of being fixed so I believe it’s a sensor problem and will be calling in about that soon! Overall amazing customer service and very quick!
