I had an automatic starter installed in my Camry. Unfortunately there was no one who provided me with specific instruction in how to use it. I figured it out myself.

I trust my car to be serviced by your Toyota dealership, but I wish one suggestion that I have would be considered: since I only had a flat tire to be repaired and put back on my Camey which by the way took 2 hours wait time, why you don't employ someone who can do the quick fixes and send people on their way. Two hours sitting in your facility lends that much more unnecessary exposure to others especially to senior customers. This would be good customer service. I live in NJ and prefer your dealership over others for repairs. This is the only situation I feel uncomfortable with today. All other customer service provided was great and I appreciate that.

The service department is always friendly and made sure that I was informed not only about my car but also the steps taken to disinfect my vehicle. It’s nice to know that they not only care about my vehicle but care even more about me.

I got slammed with things my car needed (about 2K). I bring my car in fairly regularly for maintenance. I was expecting to need brakes and maybe tires along with scheduled maintenance
So the long list of repairs was not expected. I don't understand why I wasn't made aware at previous appointments.

It has been a delightful experience I had in the past couple days on both our 2013 and 2018 Corolla recall replacements, Price Toyota staff are always ready to assist their customers with a smile & very professional as well.
