I keep getting a message that says oil change required I just got it today on October 2nd. What am I supposed to do? Did I indeed get an oil change or what? I just had this vehicle for like 6 months and it says I need a oil change so I got it now the computer says I still need to oil change I'm very disappointed!
The guy that helped me was very nice. He’s not my problem. When I walked in, NONE of the staff were wearing masks correctly. They also were in very close distance to eachother, laughing, eating, and it made me sick. This shows your staff does not care about its customer base, and in the future I will never come back or suggest to anyone to buy from your location. The fact you’ll easily spread a killing virus to your fellow coworkers/customers shows the ignorance that is not acceptable. Disgusting.

JD was on top of my car’s needs and kept me informed. He even laughed at a funny little comment I inserted in my online service request which was cool but is an example of the great attention to detail he has and your service dept has.

Sean was great to work with. There was a problem with your phone syst on Oct 1 and 2. Tried several numbers but just a dead lene. Then later I called again and the connection went through.

Smooth check in, professional and friendly staff, safety precautions all exceeded expectations. However 2:20 wait for oil change (with an appointment) seemed excessive.
Could've been a little quicker. Of you have an appointment, you should be seen in a timely manner. 2hrs for an oil change is a little ridiculous.
