His service was polite and friendly. Am a little dismayed with the fact that I came in to do an oil change and was told by mechanic working on my car that I needed addl service for another $450. And then I was told that my car was only with 9,500 when 4 months earlier I bought the car for $14,000. So to say I was a little dismayed is an understatement. But Jeff was great very polite and knowledgeable .

I was satisfied with JD Redden’s Service and he was friendly. My biggest concern today was seeing several customers in the waiting room without masks and seating not socially distanced. I had to sit out in the showroom and walk outside to feel comfortable. I am a long time customer and ask that Price Toyota follow Delaware’s COVID requirements. Thank you.

Had a major issue today with my car and it was resolved right away by speaking with the manager , who was very professional and fixed my problem right away .
