The service was great but I asked them to check if they can fix the bumper back and no one gave me an answer although that wasn’t a part of my initial problem I didn’t want somebody to plant it back up there for me I don’t see anything about it on the notes but I still love you guys

I had to ask them how to work the alarm why my tire lights are on nobody explained how to use my remote starter until I went in and asked him then I came back out and lights were on for tire pressure they had to explain why I think they should have explained everything before the car jockey just handed me the keys

Why schedule me for an appointment at 1 if you never had any intention of starting work on my car until 2 (when you came and tried for the third time to sell me services I didn't want and clearly had not started work on my car)? It wasn't a surprise to you that you wouldn't finish until 2:30 since you told me when I checked in, but the email confirmation when I made the appointment suggested it would take until 1:24, not 2:30, so I was surprised. If you really need 1.5 hours to do an oil change, you need to get into a different line of work.

The tech (Larry Pike) who worked on my car at first did not lube the new brake pads causing a loud banging whenever I hit a bump. I had to drive the car back for repair by Sean Bingham. Sean Bingham did a great job explaining what happened and that I was not in danger of losing control of my car.
The service was done in a timely manner, the sales tech was friendly.

Very satisfied I actually had my appointment for service at 8:30am. And I had an appraisal appointment at 9am I purchased two brand new cars today very satisfied overall.
Had an appointment to add accessories to a new vehicle. Was told they were both in, but when I came in was told the body side molding was not in. Now I have to schedule another appointment which is an inconvenience.
