Raeshel answered all my questions and the maintenance service time was the fastest I have ever had.
I’m after service was done I checked coolant and it is almost empty. Also I have a plan from Toyota free tires rotation and got charge 30$ for it. Recommend services were not explained after I asked if I can use coupon for oil change. 10$ Coupon from DoorDash was refused.
I was not really impressed about having a check light after bringing the vehicle to one of the most reputable shops in Delaware. I have to personally stop a manager to explain the reason for the tire pressure light. Ok

I was disappointed that I was not told about a recall that has been issued for the fuel pump on my Camry. I had mentioned to JD that the car was hesitating on acceleration from a complete stop. JD said there was no problem with the car but that issue might very well be from the fuel pump problem. I will be calling Price Toyota back to resolve this issue.
Marissa is all kind and friendly when we bring our cars in. She goes above and beyond to handle our experience with care and make sure we are always 100 percent satisfied. My husband and I have been customers of price Toyota since 2009 for buying and servicing all our vehicles here and we are always pleased with service. Thank you Marissa for being great at what you do!

Service advisor addressed all of my concerns and was very friendly. I was pleased with the rep i spoke to when i called to get the price quote for the tires i purchased. I had numerous questions but he was ever so patient and thorough.
