Service person I dealt with was rude. She didn’t listen to what I asked. I’ll go to Toyota in Glen Mills PA next time, they’re always nice to customers.

Thanks, I am please with the service work done on my vehicle today.
They didn’t do what I asked them to go. Or were they supposed to do.
1. I had an appointment at 10:30 and dropped off my vehicle at 10:00
They did not begin working on my vehicle until 2:40. They completed the work at 4:20!
2. I was asked to pay, and paid for, a part that the technician broke while assessing my car.
I am really disappointed and dissatisfied. This may be the last time I service my vehicle at Price Toyota.
Marissa (and Natasha) we’re both clear, knowledgeable, polite and extraordinarily.

I realize my car has a mileage of 109,000 and has several dings
and dents BUT an appraisal of $2000 is an insult. It will run for another 100,000 miles so I am no longer interested in purchasing a new car. But thanks for the rest of the stuff today! Laurie

It took a very long time. My appointment was 11:30, I got my car back at 4:30, and it was just an oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. Very little communication. I didn’t stay and wait but my day was still wasted because I had no idea when my car would be ready
