It took 2 hours to complete an oil change and a tire rotation. I was scheduled not a walk in. I found that to be pretty ridiculous. Also the bill was $82 for only those 2 items. I can complete that same work at home for $50 and in less then an hour. So I will be performing my own preventative maintenance from now on. I appreciate the 8 years of service you guys have done on my vehicle. But 2 hours is a long time for a $82 bill. And that amount of time has become the norm there. Not the exception.

When I had brought my car in earlier this year, I had asked about a fender panel that was popping out. I was told that all I needed to do was to let the service rep know in advance so that they would have the clips needed. I scheduled my car this week for the 100K service and ,included in the write up, this request. I had to call to change the time and explained the same thing to that person. When I brought the car in Raeshel told me that it was a Body Shop issue and would need to go there. I expressed surprise since this was new information. She told me that the car could go over there and that she would make it work. Later she left me a voice mail saying that the car was ready and she was waiting for an email estimate from the body shop. When I went in later to pick up the car, Raeshel had left for the day and there was no information about the body shop. I called the next day at 1:45, after not hearing from her, and asked that she call me. It's 9 am on the Saturday after the Wednesday the car work was done and I have heard nothing. Prior to this my husband and I had very good customer service from Price. I hope this is an aberration.
