After 3 service calls that the Bluetooth on my vehicle drops calls and locks up I still have no acceptable resolution. Now I’m told to use it but not add any contacts and see if it resolves. So I can’t use one touch calling and must dial while drive. Not acceptable to me.

Very happy with Sean. I.m waiting on a call back from him about the way my car locks. If I lock the car and get something out of the rear of the Rav4, it unlocks the car. I have to remember to relock the car. I usually have my hands full with groceries. Hopefully there is a fix for this. Plus it's a safety concern. Thanks.

I want to compliment Raeshel Egan. Raeshel initially handled my routine servicing visit - where I waited while the servicing was performed. I asked about getting my car detailed and she was so conscientious about scheduling me and handling the scheduling of Uber for me. I had no experience with these car services - I dropped off my car the day before this appt. Everything concerning the Uber transportation went thru without a hitch. I was surprised at the very prompt arrival to Uber both to take me home and return me the next day after the detailing was complete. Like I said above, Raeshel was so conscientious in facilitating this and was very attentive to make sure everything went smoothly for me. I would certainly recommend Price to people.
