I hesitated about total satisfaction. I expected an update from Sean earlier on Monday and, when I did not receive one, called about 3 pm. Sean was pleasant and explained the situation honestly. That made up for not receiving the call earlier on Monday. He was very pleasant and communicated well, aside from that “speed bump.”

When I made the service appointment I also requested a 30,000 mile service. When I arrived today, we did not review the work to be done. But when I checked out, I noticed the 30,000 mile service (oil change) had not been done. I discussed this with the service writer who checked me out and he said I could actually wait another 7,000 miles to have the service done because an oil change will last for 10,000 miles. That was helpful to know, but it might have been good to have the mechanic also check my truck to make sure everything was in good working order. When driving home, I also noticed the truck was drifting to the right and didn’t know if the alignment should be adjusted. The truck was pulling right, but just drifting when I would not hold the steering wheel. Would this be normal due to the crown in the road? Thanks.
