Been hearing a squealing noise from brake/front area of our 2024 Ascent with 1000 miles. Finally got in for a service appt, heard the noise on the way to the dealership, was checked in and told it would be a couple hours because there were people in front of us; yet was called within less than an hour saying that the noise could not be duplicated after multiple test drives and tech examining brake pads. Upon picking up the vehicle, the brakes squealed leaving your dealership driveway.
Took off of work and hauled two kids and another car to get this squared away with no resolution. A little frustrated with this given that it is our first brand new vehicle.

Already got an appraisal, waiting on a new Santa Cruz LIMITED, no body knows when it might arrive??? Please let me know ASAP.
Still need check of intermittent alert signal regarding power steering alert and tire pressure. I filled the tires appropriately, but the alert remains. Tire pressure alert, now more persistent despite inflation and recheck at-home. Office staff, very courteous.
We have had the same problem twice with our 2022 Outback. It took over a month to get seen by a technician. It wouldn’t be so bad if the car didn’t have a beeping noise non-stop after every stop for a few minutes. No on one can stay sane with that noise.
All personnel were extremely pleasant and helpful. The service was beyond what I have been getting from a private provider [different vehicle] at the same price. The price was very reasonable for what I got. And I was pleasantly surprised that there was no pressure to purchase additional products/services [have had bad experiences with other dealers].
Staff were super friendly and helpful! Mahalo for the quick service and taking care of my car.

My Mazda 6 has 267,500 miles & is still running fine (except the A/C) and giving me 39 mpg. Your service - engine & transmission oil changes- since purchasing 10 years ago has a lot to do with it.
We are happy they took care of our car! My issues and concerns are: we had tried for 6 days to call and or leave messages with the service department and no one ever called back or picked up. We finally went in person to schedule our appointment. Also we called the day of to inquire if car was ready and again no one picked up the line and no voicemail could be left. What is happening to the phone system?!
I really appreciate your friendly service crew in Hilo. They answered all of my questions satisfactorily. The newest employee there greeted me and introduced herself kindly. Mikala has helped me multiple times. He is very kind, helpful, and respectful. Thanks, Hilo Big Island Motors!
