Even though I did not buy my Subaru on the Big Island, Big Island Motors was extremely helpful and courteous when a problem occurred. There were no charges for the diagnostic or repair services. Frankly, I was a bit surprised - did not really believe those warranty claims were true! I certainly would have bought it from you if you had had what I wanted!
I still would like to know why a car with only 25,000 miles is leaking oil.

Thank you for changing my cabin filter. Usually my allergies flare up if I use the AC and I didn’t know why but now that it was changed out I had no issues going home. Now I’ll know for the future what the problem is. Thank you, Big island motors

When I picked up my car, I started the car and turned on the AC and heard the weirdest sound coming from inside my dash. I for constructed by the gal behind the counter to please take a video of it and email it to her which I did. I was told I'd get a phone call the following morning which was April 10th. I got no phone call. The problem still persists.

I was under the assumption that I was going to be getting the same brand tires replaced on the truck. (Falken MT01) I received BF Goodrich All-Terrain tires instead.
