Work was done professionally, but not in a timely manner. For truck yearly maintenance I had to wait 4.5 hours.
I went to due a service for a recall and my schedule service! When I showed up I was told they can’t do my recalled service because the employee who was fired didn’t do her job properly. I scheduled this service months ago! When I get there they tell me they cannot do the recall service! I was upset because it is difficult for me to get to get time off of work! They actually did my service and recall! Why did I even have to complain? Employee issues are not my problem! That is on the dealership! Fix my car! That is all I need! Excuses are like assholes! Everyone has them!

Lem took the time to hear what my concern was and did what he could to ease my mind. We could not replicate what seemed like the car not shifting out of first gear and not being able to accelerate beyond 16 miles an hour, but the event is noted for future reference.
Our service consultant W. DeMotta provided excellent service and with a high quality level of professionalism. Unfortunately, your shop cost is very expensive at $165 an hour. Today’s visit cost me $188 which was labeled as diagnostic charge. Because they said they didn’t have the part I needed in stock, I’d have to make another appointment to bring my Forester back in once the part comes in. Then I have to pay another 1.2 hrs of shop time/labor, plus another $100 plus for the needed part. Total cost to repair my sticking fuel fill door lock actuators is around $497. That’s outrageously expensive for a fuel. And that’s based on your mechanics dx that the actuator is intermittently sticking. I hope he’s correct. We’ve been happy with our Subaru (I bought an Impreza for my son as well) but this experience may have swayed me from ever buying a Subaru again.
The maintenance staff was fantastic I couldn't have better response calling in this morning they said bring it in we'll check it out it was done and I was out of there no appointment necessary for an unusual circumstance
My AC works great but now my heater doesn't work.???? Also, when scheduling, pls advise if it will be all day job. My appt was Friday so my car was unavailable all weekend. It would have been better to have the work done earlier in the week so I could pick up my car the next day.
First of all , we personally did not bring in vehical to your establishment . Why are you texting us to pay you directly? MS Auto brought my car to you and they claim you did not complete your job . When I checked in for services, the kind gentleman I think his name was Mikela? He was very helpful and walked out to the car with me and upon pickup he came out and explained everything I needed to know and when to schedule my next service. Great customer service!
Mikala was very thorough with explaining the services and costs, with my Sonata. He answered all my concerns and questions with great satisfaction.

We called 3 weeks ago to secure an appointment today. It was made for 11:30. My husband left work early so he could bring the car in and then he is told it won’t be ready to be seen for 2.5 hours. Pretty unprofessional and shameful to not be considerate of a customer’s time. The least you could have done was call or email us to tell us that our appointment time is going to have to be moved. Such a terrible way to run a business.

1 year check up, all good, only 5,000 miles, should be good. I did ask about upgrading headlights to LED, but was told it would void my warranty , not good, so left it. I do hope you put LED’s in new models!
