Had to reschedule waited an hour after scheduled time and was still waiting to get in . Wasted my time
Our appointment was for 1:30. After 1.5 hours our car had yet to be taken in for service. We had to leave because we were told that they would try to complete service by the end of the day. Our service was for a routine oil change. This was not the first time that this scenario happened. Now we have to take additional time off of work to have the service and we are concerned that this will effect the performance of our vehicle.
A 3 hour wait is too long for a tire rotation and oil change. More technicians should be hired, but your staff is very friendly.

Lem, for the service department always very professional and accommodating. Kovee is a great salesman, greets me every time I’m there no matter what. Also takes the time to chat with me and see how things are going with my car, very grateful for having me as my salesman.
Well when I first test drove the car we had to put air in one of the front tires. Purchased then the car on 7/1 drove it for 1000miles and on 7/16 the low pressure tire was showing 27lbs instead of 34 like all the others while putting the air in the guy mentioned of the tire is not good and so I texted the Dean that sold me the car appointment were hard to get and I was just planning on seeing if the tire place could just repair it even though I had already made an appointment with service department. I should have just picked up the tire and pay for the tire since I did drop it off with my other car and pick it up to put it on ourselves since it was very difficult and dangerous driving the car in a spare from Waimea to Hilo.
For future maintenance since this is the first time I’ve done a lease and now I wished I just bought out the car I will be working with the Kona Service department they’re closer to us than Hilo and the few times I’ve stopped there to ask questions on the car Aura was always so helpful and even assisted her manger in putty license plate
Dean should have gone a lot far and beyond on this tire as from the beginning it was low and when I drove it off the lot it already ran 34miles this was not the first time I bought a brand new car from Big Island Motors it’s my second purchase, I’ve never had a problem with a brand new car driving off the lot with a low tire pressure on a test drive
