Love the Hilo side service department. They are super nice, working their tails off, and I definitely like the new texting system (it would be nice though if it gave the actual time of the appt to be something other than 12:00 am). But it is a step in the right direction to improve efficiency. Mahalo

Your service writer is a very good hard worker who tries diligently to make things right for all parties involved. It is hard to find good communicators to work with. His job is not easy & I appreciate how he handles all issue's and always tries to get effective results.

Thankfully I was able to void my contract on the van After just 4 miles of leaving the lot with my 2 year old grandson in the car the brakes locked up and we were very close to be involved in an accident We had to pay $125 out of pocket to have our new car towed back to the dealership Had to wait two days for repairs and were informed they did none Very dissatisfied

The whole staff at Big Island Motors Hilo is awesome. They’re respectful, kind, great customer service. I am a repeat customer. I bought a 2022 Subaru Crosstrek and a 2025 Subaru Outback. Thank you to all the Hilo folks. Keep up the good work.
