Love the Hilo side service department. They are super nice, working their tails off, and I definitely like the new texting system (it would be nice though if it gave the actual time of the appt to be something other than 12:00 am). But it is a step in the right direction to improve efficiency. Mahalo

It took three tries to get my part replaced. First time the ordered the wrong side. Second time they couldn't find the part - it was in the wrong location. The third time was the charm
Your service writer is a very good hard worker who tries diligently to make things right for all parties involved. It is hard to find good communicators to work with. His job is not easy & I appreciate how he handles all issue's and always tries to get effective results.

After just 4 miles of leaving the lot with my 2 year old grandson in the car the brakes locked up and we were very close to be involved in an accident
