Quickly able to get a ride from Hilo Mall back to Subaru to pick up car.

I didn’t receive negative or bad service (but wouldn’t consider this high quality either) just a very different experience than I’m used to as a new 1st time owner of s Subaru (owned Honda & Toyota vehicles previously).
I was asked what the best contact phone number was, and corrected the number I was offered. However, I was still contacted at that number, and I did not know for quite some time that my car was ready.
They were helpful and nice
I noticed a huge improvement in personnel attitudes during this visit. Everyone seemed cheerful and like they enjoyed being there, unlike what I encountered in past visits. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
Service took place as scheduled. Shuttle service was very helpful. I was able to do what I needed to do without feeling put out by action required as a result of the recall notice. So yesterday was a good day.
