Got an oil change and the back brakes needed replacing. All done within the time frame offered by the Service Dept.

Charged $103 for diagnostics, radio wasnt as looked into as i see others have done since. I feel overcharged. Everyone was friendly though, i'm usually more satisfied. Mahalo.
Tehani is definitely your star employee from the customer's standpoint. She is always very pleasant, attentive and looks you in the eye. I have had some treatment from other front desk/service ladies from both Kona and Hilo that were not very polite, actually quite rude- it doesn't take much to be kind-especially when that's your job, "customer service". Very happy you have her now. She's a delight.

I’m very pleased with the service that I received. You folks get FIVE STARS from me! The staff treated my professionally and were easy to work with. The use of digital messaging was excellent. The only improvement I would humbly add is provide an actual email address instead of Blank @ bigislandmotors.com. Perhaps have a group in box?
