My disappointment is with the condition of your facility and my experience when I went to the parts department to pick up my rubber floor mats that took 3 months to arrive and out of 4 employees only one had on a mask. They also allowed another customer to come in and she too had no mask. There are signs posted outside that said "no mask no service", yet the employees was not wearing it. I thought if I took my car to be serviced who knows if they will wear a mask when they are in my car. So disappointing, had I known this I proably would not have purchased my car even though I really love my palisade. The appearance of your business and employees also represents the quality of service you provide.

Not satisfied at all. They could not figure out the problem. They did not give me other options. Because of this situation I will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

If I wear a mask your office people should also. Somebody should wipe down touched surfaces in the auto after it is serviced steering wheel, shifter, emergency brake and door handles.
The work was good but calling to find out what was going on was terrible kept getting the run around
