Never got a call that my car was ready. Supposed to have a part in and a quick switch but no one has called to update me on the status of the part.

Check engine light came on a couple hours after the oil piston recall service was completed on my Veloster 2020. Now I will have to make another appointment ;(
I told service dept that I would need a shuttle to return to work.i told them this when I made the appt and again when I called this morning to confirm time of appointment. Both times they told me the shuttle runs 7-4. When I dropped off my car, they said that the shuttle person was on lunch and it would be 30 minutes ???? I got a text about service update. I said I was still waiting for shuttle (I had been waiting 15 minutes at that point). I got a response 2oinutes later stating HES COMING. All capitals indicate yelling and I did not appreciate the "tone" of the text. The shuttle driver came after I had waited 45 minutes. I got back to work over an hour after I left to just drop off my car! Not convenient at all The driver was very nice and competent
The service was done in the timely manner and I was satisfied.

LOL! I just bought my Subaru today, the repair was for recall needed to be completed before delivery, not interested in trading it in, but thanks.
10/10/21 driving on Mohouli crossover on Ainako Ave then check engine, dynamic control and blinking cruise control lights appeared again like previously. Will call and make appointment again tomorrow morning. Lemuel Queja was fine just the problem was not solved, wondering if I'll be charged again. Stmt says recommend performing diagnosis, why not done in the first place?
